Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team as a Corporate HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee performance and skills.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
Develop HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and workforce performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Collaborate with department heads and management teams to support business objectives.
Drive organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and corporate HR practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong recruitment, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience with HRMS/HR software and reporting tools.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Requirements
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or related field
- 10 - 15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR systems and technology, including HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
