About this role

Key Responsibilities Using Creo, produce 3D models and 2D drawings of clutch components. Reviews drawings for conformance to GD&T, ISO standards, and functional dimensioning. Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and optimize designs for function and manufacturability. Develops Bills of Materials (BOM) and complete design definition documents. Work with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality, and production. Support product development and continuous improvement efforts. Skills Needed Mechanical Engineering Good knowledge of material sciences, thermodynamics, and mechanical design principles. Problem Solving Ability to identify design and manufacturing issues and provide creative solutions in a timely manner. CAD Software – Experience with 2D and 3D modeling tools, particularly Creo, and knowledge of simulation software. Manufacturing Processes – Knowledge of casting, forging, machining and other manufacturing processes related to clutch manufacturing Communication-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal teams and stakeholders. Industry Trends—Automation & Precision Manufacturing Advances in technology are pushing the industry toward increased automation, precision engineering and advanced manufacturing processes that impact the development and manufacture of clutch systems.

Requirements

Education: -  Any Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering (Preferred) (Min. 60% throughout academics) Minimum 1-2 years of experience
