Techno-Functional & APEX SME – Oracle EBS

We are seeking a Techno-Functional SME specialized in various modules within Oracle E-Business Suite and experience in Oracle APEX framework and good knowledge in Oracle APEX and EBS integration architecture. This is a techno-functional SME role with approximately 70% technical, 30% functional expertise. This is not a pure developer role and not a pure functional lead role, it requires strong architectural, analytical, and cross-functional skills and expertise across E-Business Suite Modules. Role Summary This Techno-Functional SME will provide solution expertise and knowledge for enhancements, integrations, and technical designs across various Oracle Applications modules. The role requires strong understanding of various E-Business suites Oracle modules, their set ups, transaction flows, troubleshooting month-end processes, and how transactional data integrates across modules. Also possess Oracle APEX development knowledge for Oracle modules. Key Responsibilities: • Provide solution design, technical expertise, and governance for technical enhancements and integrations. • Support Level 3 (L3) complex issues, break-fixes, functional-impact defects, and data integrity issues. • Review functional requirements and design Oracle EBS-based technical solutions. • Lead RICEF designs with deep analysis of data structures, table structures, workflows, and APIs. • Monitor and troubleshoot techno-functional issues across various Oracle modules and provide appropriate solutions. • Collaborate with business teams to ensure end-to-end solution stability and operational excellence. • Validate technical deliverables from developers and ensure compliance with defined standards. • Provide architecture insights into module transaction flows, posting flows, SLA rules, data mapping, and audit controls. • Provide technical support and coordinate follow-ups with product vendors for issue resolution. • Troubleshoot batch jobs, Oracle Forms, reports, and interface-related issues. • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and perform error detection and correction. • Monitor integrations for data leakage and error handling. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across integrations. • Design and develop products/solutions using Oracle APEX. • Develop and support Oracle APEX integrations. Required Skills: • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS techno-functional and Oracle APEX. • Strong knowledge of technical and functional aspects across various Oracle E-Business Suite modules. • Strong expertise in Oracle APEX development, customization, and integrations. • Deep understanding of Oracle EBS data models, integration flows, and transaction processes. • Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, Oracle APIs, and interface troubleshooting. • Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and providing Level 3 (L3) production support across multiple modules. • Ability to provide technical expertise to development teams and effectively coordinate with business stakeholders. • Strong understanding of cross-module integrations and end-to-end transaction flows. Additional Required Skills: • Experience with Oracle integrations, third-party system integrations, and troubleshooting integration issues. • Strong knowledge of BI Publisher/XML Publisher reporting and report development.
