ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will own the improvement of the company's
website performance and customer journey. This role is focused on analyzing user behavior, identifying
friction points, and executing structured experiments to improve conversion rates and drive revenue
growth. You will play a key role in making our digital experience seamless, efficient, and high
converting.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
• User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user journeys across website funnels to identify drop-offs, friction
points, and improvement opportunities.
• Funnel Optimization: Deep dive into landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout flows to
improve conversion rates.
• Experimentation: Plan, execute, and optimize A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses and
measurable outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to implement data-backed
improvements.
• UX/UI Optimization: Recommend and implement changes to improve user experience and drive higher
engagement and conversions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics such as Conversion Rate (CVR), Average
Order Value (AOV), bounce rate, and funnel performance.
• Cohort & Segmentation Analysis: Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation to derive
actionable insights.
• Tracking & Analytics Setup: Ensure accurate tracking across tools (GA4, UTMs, pixels, events) for
reliable data measurement.
• Documentation: Maintain structured documentation of experiments, insights, results, and learnings.
• Problem Solving: Identify growth opportunities and solve conversion bottlenecks with a data-first
approach.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, user behavior, and funnel optimization.
• Experience in D2C or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in tools like GA4, Excel, and A/B testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, etc.).
WHO YOU ARE
• 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance optimization roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Comfortable working with analytics tools like GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
• Highly execution-driven — you take ownership and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership, and ambiguous environment.
• A problem solver who thrives on improving metrics and driving growth.
