About this role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12+ years of expertise in managing large-scale digital platform initiatives, customer-facing web and mobile applications, and AI-driven conversational platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality digital transformation projects from inception to deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of digital platform projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards. Manage customer-facing website and mobile application projects, including transactional and service-oriented platforms. Drive implementation and enhancement of AI chatbot and conversational AI solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery plans. Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, UX/UI teams, QA teams, and external vendors. Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor performance. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and post-production support. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt industry best practices for project delivery. Required Skills & Experience Project & Program Management 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Project/Program Management. Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Digital Platforms Extensive experience managing customer-facing website projects involving online transactions, customer services, and digital engagement. Hands-on experience delivering customer-facing mobile application projects across Android and iOS platforms. Understanding of digital customer journeys, user experience (UX), and omnichannel engagement strategies. AI & Conversational Platforms Experience implementing AI chatbot, virtual assistants, or conversational AI platforms. Familiarity with NLP, generative AI, chatbot integrations, and customer support automation solutions. Experience coordinating with AI/ML teams and platform vendors. Stakeholder Management Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business users, and technical teams. Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information technology, Engineering, or related field. A master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.
