We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales director to lead business development and sales initiatives within the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and successfully closing large enterprise deals across telecom operators and service providers. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within telecom operators and enterprises. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Requirements

Mandatory Criteria: Strong Telecom domain expertise, including: BSS/OSS Solutions OCS/CCS (Online Charging System / Convergent Charging System) Policy and Charging Solutions Roaming Solutions Messaging Suite Value Added Services (VAS) Proven experience as a Sales Hunter with a demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and closing large deals. Strong network within telecom operators, service providers, and related ecosystem partners. Experience managing enterprise sales, contract negotiations, and strategic accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience selling telecom software platforms, digital transformation solutions, or managed services. Strong understanding of telecom business processes and emerging industry trends. Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a competitive environment.
