About this role

We are seeking a dynamic BIM project manager with strong techno-commercial acumen to lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives across diverse projects. The ideal candidate will not only ensure seamless project execution but also leverage past client relationships to bring in new business opportunities. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, commercial insight, and leadership in training BIM engineers and setting up v-partner ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Manage end-to-end BIM projects right from pre-sales meetings, requirements management, documentation, team setup to delivery across architecture, MEP, PHE, and landscape domains. Ensure compliance with client standards, codes, and project timelines aligned to company parameters. Oversee coordination across stakeholders. Techno-Commercial Engagement Identify and secure new client projects by leveraging prior professional relationships with an open eye on trending opportunities. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, requirement reconfirmations, MSAs, and SOWs aligned with client requirements. Drive profitability through resource optimization and workflow efficiency. Team Development Train and mentor BIM engineers, nurturing trust, technical excellence, and career growth. Develop structured scorecards, reporting templates, and performance metrics. Build a culture of smart work, innovation, and continuous improvement within the BIM team. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Establish and manage vendor partnerships for software, hardware, and outsourced services. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor compliance with project standards. Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications Proven track record in BIM project management across multiple domains. Strong techno-commercial orientation with experience in client acquisition and proposal drafting. Expertise in workflow optimization, compliance, and rapid deployment strategies. Proficiency in BIM tools (Autodesk suite - Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, civid3D, Dynamo, Archicad, bluebim, Bentley suite - MicroStation, Synchro etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills—capable of creating visual infographics, pitch decks, and blueprints for client-facing solutions. Experience in training and mentoring engineers and managing vendor ecosystems. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities. Why Join Us?
