BIM Modeler – Industrial Construction

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler with a background in industrial construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Arch degree and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial projects. You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed BIM models that support the design and construction phases of industrial buildings and facilities. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for industrial construction projects using Revit and other BIM tools. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models align with design intent and project requirements. • Prepare and maintain construction documentation, including shop drawings, clash detection reports, and coordination models. • Conduct interdisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and resolve clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP systems. • Support project teams with model-based decision-making and virtual design reviews. • Ensure adherence to industry and company BIM standards and workflows. • Maintain version control of models and track model changes throughout the project lifecycle. • Participate in design meetings, coordination calls, and on-site BIM implementation when required. ________________________________________ Key Requirements: • Educational Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory • Experience: Minimum 5 years in BIM modeling, with specific experience in industrial construction projects (e.g., factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, etc.). • Software Proficiency: o Autodesk Revit (Advanced) o Navisworks Manage o AutoCAD o BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) o Dynamo (preferred) • Solid understanding of construction detailing and fabrication-level modeling. • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Exposure to international codes and standards is an advantage.

Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of modular construction, industrial layout planning, or plant design. • Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other BIM compliance standards. • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
