Lead Full Stack Developer

Experience: 8+ Primary Skills: React.js + Java We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in frontend development and solid backend engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications while contributing across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps functions. Skill Distribution: * 70% Frontend (React.js) * 30% Backend (Java) Key Responsibilities Frontend Development (Primary Focus): Architect and develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js Build scalable and reusable component-based UI architectures using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript Drive frontend best practices including: Performance optimization Accessibility standards Cross-browser compatibility Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality user experiences Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend codebases Backend Development: Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred) Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs Ensure backend systems are highly performant, reliable, and secure Define and enforce API design standards and integration strategies Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred) or AWS Implement best practices for: Scalability Monitoring & logging Infrastructure optimization Cost management

Technical Leadership: Lead architecture discussions and contribute to key technology decisions Mentor engineering teams and promote coding best practices Conduct code reviews and design reviews to maintain engineering quality standards Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for successful project delivery Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with strong frontend expertise Hands-on expertise in React.js / Vue.js / Next.js Strong proficiency in: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript TypeScript Solid backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot) Experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS Strong understanding of Git and Agile development methodologies Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to lead teams and drive technical excellence
