Performance Architect

Job Description • Define current-state enterprise architecture and performance metrics. • Derive low-level designs and configurations to improve performance with minimal or no impact to existing systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and architects to achieve enterprise performance goals. • Tune applications, databases, servers, tools, and configurations to improve overall performance. • Recommend placement or migration of application and infrastructure components to improve performance without compromising security compliance. • Analyze monitoring and log data for infrastructure sizing and capacity planning. • Create frameworks and automation to measure, validate, and improve system/application performance. • Participate in critical incident management and root cause analysis. • Tune cloud-native deployments with a focus on cost optimization. • Participate in architecture reviews to identify potential performance issues and bottlenecks. • Analyze bottlenecks identified by performance testing tools and implement corrective actions. • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, scalability, and stability. • Design, execute, and analyze performance tests to validate system performance and stability. • Establish monitoring dashboards and alerts to track system performance. • Document performance best practices, guidelines, and procedures. • Optimize performance across web applications, backend systems, servers, networks, operating systems, and CPU architecture.

Key SKills Summary • Performance tuning, monitoring, scalability Educational Qualification BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or an equivalent discipline; or MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university/institute. Desirable: MBA as an additional qualification is preferred. Certification - Performance Testing, ISTQB Preferred Experience- 5 year in Banking
