About this role

We are seeking a Scan-to-MEP Engineer with a solid foundation to join our team on a 6-month contract project. While this role is initially project-based, there is potential for continuation depending on workload and performance. Compensation will be structured in a scaling manner, aligned with project milestones and deliverables. Responsibilities Convert point cloud data into accurate MEP models (LOD 200–400) Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project documentation Collaborate with architects and BIM team members to resolve coordination issues Deliver quality outputs within project timelines

Requirements

Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Scan-to-BIM / MEP modeling Strong proficiency in Revit and point cloud processing tools Basic knowledge of architectural modeling workflows Ability to work independently and manage scope changes Strong communication and problem-solving skills
