We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive – Voice Process to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through outbound and inbound calling activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, confidence, and the ability to engage with prospective clients professionally. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers Generate and qualify leads through voice interactions Explain company products/services to prospective clients Maintain and update lead database and CRM records Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team Follow up with interested prospects via calls and emails Build and maintain positive customer relationships Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently

Requirements

Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools Good listening and customer-handling skills 1 to 2 years' experience preferred Female candidates preferred Work from the office currently. After experience, we can think of a hybrid option. Day shift 5 days working
