About this role

We are looking for a skilled Billing Developer to design, develop, and maintain telecom billing systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in rating, charging, billing, invoicing, and billing lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize billing solutions • Implement rating logic, tariff configuration, and discounting models • Experience on billing, invoice generation, mediation processing, payments and reconciliation • Analyse business requirements and convert them into technical designs • Troubleshoot billing issues, revenue leakage, and performance bottlenecks • Integrate billing systems with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, OCS, ERP) • Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and production deployments • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience • 6–8 years of experience in Telecom Billing Systems • Hands-on experience with the Billing platforms • Strong knowledge of: o Subscription management o Rating, Charging, Billing cycles o CDR processing, Mediation systems o Payment , Accounts receivable, GL • Proficiency in: o SQL, PL/SQL o Unix/Linux environments o Java (Spring Boot), Scripting (Shell, Python, etc.) • Experience with APIs and system integrations Education • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Prefered Candidates From Bangalore Interview Face to Face .
