🏗️ Job Description: BIM Modeler (Archicad, Revit, AutoCAD) – MEP / Architecture 📌 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with at least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering overseas project. Ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Building Information Models to support architectural, engineering, and construction workflows. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Archicad and Revit for architectural and structural projects. Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards and client requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate design and construction data. Generate construction documentation, drawings, and schedules directly from BIM models. Perform clash detection, model audits, and quality checks to minimize design conflicts. Support the implementation of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices within the team. Assist in data extraction and visualization for project reporting and presentations. ✅ Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM modeling. Proficiency in Archicad and Revit (mandatory). Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and model coordination. Familiarity with BIM standards in the US, UK, Australia Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

🌟 Preferred Skills Knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, or other BIM-related tools. Experience in MEP coordination and multidisciplinary BIM integration. Understanding of sustainable design workflows and green building standards. Strong communication and presentation skills. 📊 Performance Indicators Accuracy and completeness of BIM models. Timely delivery of project documentation. Effective collaboration with design and construction teams. Contribution to workflow optimization and BIM standards compliance. Skills: MEP design, Architecture structure will help Tool: ArchiCAD + Revit, Microstation will be a plus Experience in overseas project from US, Europe, Australia, Middle eastern countries would help
