About this role

Looking for an experienced executive/senior executive – MSME - business loans to drive the growth of unsecured individual/MFI/MSME loan products through branch channels for their BC partners. The role involves business development, performance tracking, staff training, and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities · Drive Individual Loan (Unsecured) business through M Power branches for BC partners. · Coordinate with branch teams to ensure effective sourcing and disbursement of loans. ·Publish and share regular performance MIS/data with management on loan progress and achievements. ·Conduct training programs for branch staff to improve sourcing quality and productivity. · Act as a single point of contact for BC partners, resolving sourcing, operational, and process-related issues. ·Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. ·Support branches in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements

Candidate Profile · 1-3 experience in Individual Loans / Unsecured Loans (NBFC / Microfinance / Financial Services preferred). · Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches/partners. · Good communication, training, and reporting skills. · Travel expenses: As per company policy
