Requirements

(Onsite — LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - 3+ years of commercial tire or automotive aftermarket sales experience - Proven track record in sales and business development - Strong knowledge of tire brands, specifications, and applications - Local to Southern California — no relocation Screening Questions: - Ask candidates about their tire sales experience - Ask what their monthly and yearly sales quotas were - Ask how they performed against those quotas
