We’re looking for a Architect with a startup mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced, high ownership environment. You should be a doer, thinker, and leader—someone who doesn't wait for direction but defines it. If you’ve worked in fast-scaling product companies, led high performing teams, and solved complex technical problems while keeping the bigger picture in mind, we want to hear from you. Who You Are : 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in architectural roles. • Must have extensive experience in Docker , Node JS, Python, • AI is a plus • Proven background in high-growth startups or product-led tech companies. • Strong experience with system design, architecture patterns, scalability, and performance tuning. • You bring a "can-do" and "get-things-done" attitude with zero tolerance for procrastination. • A creative problem-solver with strategic thinking and a bias for action. • Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (AI, backend, cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps, etc.). • Strong leadership experience – have led, mentored, and inspired cross functional engineering teams. • Hands-on when needed – you're not afraid to get into code. • A continuous learner with hunger to stay ahead of the curve in tech, tools, and architecture. What You’ll Do : • Own end-to-end architecture for new and existing products. • Drive engineering excellence, performance, and scalability across systems. • Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to convert vision into architecture. • Identify tech debt, eliminate blockers, and instill a culture of ownership and urgency. • Lead design and code reviews, and define architectural best practices. • Act as a technical mentor and culture carrier for the engineering team. • Bring structure, strategy, and speed to an environment that needs it.
