About this role
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including multi-agent and RAG architectures.
-Define AI architecture, standards, and best practices leveraging Azure/AWS AI services.
-Drive the end-to-end AI lifecycle: experimentation, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
-Ensure responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance across solutions.
-Collaborate with business, cloud, data, and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
-Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design oversight for AI teams.
-Present AI strategy and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
Key Requirements
Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development.
Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry (mandatory) and Azure OpenAI (GPT, embeddings, fine-tuning).
Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Experience with Azure ML, MLOps, APIs, containers, and scalable cloud architectures.
Proven track record in delivering production-grade GenAI solutions and leading enterprise AI projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
Process / Domain Knowledge Mandatory
Experience in generative AI-based application development is a must.
Enthusiasm for acquiring and implementing new knowledge.
Should be ready to come office at least 3 days a week
