About this role

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Planning •Build a vertical GTM strategy •Identify high-value accounts (Top 100–200 enterprises) •Define pricing, positioning, and solution bundling 2. Pipeline Creation & Conversion •Build and maintain 3–5x pipeline coverage •Drive consultative selling cycles •Personally close large strategic deals 3. Team Building (if required) •Hire and scale Account Managers + Pre-sales •Define sales KPIs, review cadence, and CRM discipline 4. Stakeholder Engagement •Engage CXOs: CIO, CISO, CTO •Drive solution demos, POCs, and workshops 5. Revenue Ownership •Deliver ₹10–15 Cr in Year 1 •Ensure quarterly predictability of revenue CTC- 70% fixed, 30% variable

Requirements

MUST-HAVE Skills •Enterprise solution selling Strong Planning & Strategic skills •Strong pipeline management (CRM discipline) •Experience in complex deal structuring •CXO-level negotiation skills •Revenue forecasting accuracy •Building GTM strategy from scratch or scale •Exposure to cybersecurity domain •Experience selling to BFSI / Universities •Pre-sales understanding (RFP/RFI handling) •Experience in startup or scale-up environments •Existing CISO/CIO network Experience & Background •12+ years total experience •7-9+ years in enterprise/B2B sales leadership •Proven track record of ₹10–35 Cr annual closures •Background in SaaS / IT Infra / Cybersecurity / Cloud / Enterprise Tech sales •Experience in solution-based selling (not product push)
