About this role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR executive with 2+ years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, employee onboarding, HR operations, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments. HR Operations Manage employee onboarding and induction processes. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases. Support attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities. Assist in payroll inputs and employee benefits administration. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Prepare HR reports and MIS as required. Employee Engagement Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Assist in organizing training programs and HR events. Address employee queries and provide HR support.

Required Skills Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and employee Engagement Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Good understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition Experience in IT or non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
