1. Title Searcher Experience: Minimum 1 Year Key Responsibilities: Conduct title searches using Netronline and other county resources. Review property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax information. Analyze title chains and ownership history. Prepare accurate title search reports within defined timelines. 2. Title Examiner Experience: 4+ Years Key Responsibilities: Examine title search reports and property records. Identify title defects, encumbrances, easements, and ownership issues. Review tax information and verify property-related documentation. Ensure compliance with client and industry standards. Provide clear title commitments and recommendations. 3. Title QC Lead Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Perform quality checks on title searches and examinations. Review and validate title reports for accuracy and completeness. Lead and mentor the title production team. Ensure adherence to client guidelines and quality standards. Handle complex title issues and provide resolution support. Required Skills Strong knowledge of U.S. Title Search and Examination processes. Hands-on experience with Netronline and county records research. Understanding of property records, tax searches, liens, mortgages, and judgments. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
